CrossFit Asheville’s On Ramp Program is a six week program designed to familiarize beginners of ALL ability levels with CrossFit fundamentals and allow a progressive introduction to the intensity levels of CrossFit training. Participants will be prepared for a smooth transition into CFA’s group classes upon completion.
When?
An evening session will begin Tuesday, August 4th. The group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:00pm for 6 weeks.
Free Sessions
This course (or private coaching*) is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. We believe strongly in our program and as such offer FIVE FREE SESSIONS for you to get a feel for the CrossFit Asheville community. If after your first 5 sessions you feel CrossFit Asheville is not the place for you, your deposit will be returned in full. Class size will be limited and a $50 deposit will be required to secure your spot.
Other options?
If the session hours do not fit your schedule there are two options.
1. Wait for our next beginner’s session which will be a morning class held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00am-7:00am for 6 weeks beginning Tuesday September 1st.
2. Contact us to schedule private coaching to speed up your advancement into group classes.
